MashALLAh.....Mubarrok sis. Please tell your Father WELCOME HOME. En sha Allah he stays safe while there.
My husband and I left almost two months ago, due to the war. But my Husband wants to return. We live near Misurata. It is so hard to judge what the situation is like there now, as the news is only a trikle, and family there will never verre form the usual due to fear.....
Please tell me what it is like. My H. work needs him back...I do not want him to go sis....en sha Allah I will say Duah for your Father. Will youkeep my Husband in your duAh en sha Allah

sallam hun, to be honest my dad went to my mums home town benghazi, which is completly liberated alhamdulilah, he is intending on going to misrata via boat, so as soon as i hear anything from him will let you know.

your right the situation in misrata is not clear, im hearing that its liberated but then i also hear that theer is fighting ongoing so its hard to tell.

may allah keep your hubby safe and inshallah by the time he decides to go back misrata and teh rest of libya will be celebrating its victory ya rab

Salamalaikum. I came across your blog by accident, but I wanted to send my best wishes to you and your family, and I know what it is like to feel the pain of a loved one in exile. My father returned to Libya a week ago, for the first time in 35 years, and has been reunited with his family and been able to visit his parents graves for the first time in his life. I plan to go to Tripoli in the new year :) ... how wonderful it is to get to experience this new and long-awaited freedom.

Sarah.
